Account Manager/Operations Manager
Your account manager and operations manager is your one contact for all your solutions, and will provide you with the frontline support to ensure your day to day operations run smoothly. Our A.M and O.M will perform regular inspections and tours at your facility to ensure the quality of service is consistent per your contract specification. The A.M and O.M will oversee all special projects and scheduling of all re-occurring maintenance task. With our A.M and O.M overlapping schedule , this means that your properties are taken care of around the clock.
NIGHT SUPERVISORS
Our night supervisors conduct unannounced quality service inspections. Any cleaning issues are reviewed with the staff on-site and corrected on the spot. Supervisors also keep the staff up to date on all new products, cleaning methods as well on-site safety procedures.
