CEO

I started this company in 2010 with the belief that absolute transparency is essential when it comes to cleaning companies. We provide our clients with a customized agreements that provides them with a list of what we’re doing and when, and perform regular inspections to follow through on the promises we made when we started. I have put all of the knowledge I’ve gained over the 25 years I’ve been in the business into the Cleaning Company, and think that it represents a real step forward for the janitorial industry. I believe in educating our clients in every aspect of commercial cleaning.

Starting in 2002, I have worked in all facets of the commercial janitorial industry, and have a true understanding of what it takes to clean all types of commercial spaces. At Smart Clean Building Maintenance inc ,  we formulate plans that are well thought out, have checks and balances, with systematic and timely communications tools.  
It takes years to understand the full scope of what is expected from a janitorial service, and what we can do to best accommodate the needs of our clients. At Smart Clean , we can safely say that we’ve developed a plan that encompasses 99% of what might arise, and deploy cutting-edge technology systems like our CleanGuru software, that manage immediate needs and keep client expectations happy and secure.

I am an Account Manager with 3 years of experience in operations, and sales. Very driven and highly committed to my field of work with a talent for quickly grasping new responsibilities and concepts. I am a strategic thinker, planner, and problem solver that functions and interacts well under pressure and in fast-paced environments. I enjoy building great and long-lasting relationships with all my clients. I love to learn and develop my skillset in every aspect and as I do so, I continue to grow as an individual and in my field of work.

SEAN BARRON
Operations Manager

Sean Barron began his professional career on the opposite side of the cleaning service industry, as a former facilities supervisor. Therefore, Sean is quite familiar with both sides of the spectrum, having been a customer and now a vendor. He knows what both parties expect from one another, and how to ensure both expectations are met. Whether it’s helping with daily quality control visits, making “last minute” supply deliveries, or solving a customer’s immediate needs, Sean understands the importance of “always being available” and maintaining outstanding customer relations. He is continuously educating himself on the latest products and services in order to keep himself and his clients up to date. Sean is always ready and willing to go above and beyond.
